Mayerton can select the shape, size, structure and composite of the refractory product used in vessels. The linings are drawn in collaboration with engineers using the latest Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software.Lining design is critical in extending vessel life, increasing vessel availability and reducing specific costs. Working closely with customers, we can optimize and modify the vessel lining concepts to deliver balanced lining configurations.

From zoning to complete lining modifications, we are able to deliver superb performance. Product specifications are also designed with the compatibility of applications in mind, to reduce residual thickness and minimize maintenance.Technical specialists aim to maximize refractory efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in applications.
